Worked on 4T med/surg floor. Very busy but nice place to work. Management isn't great but staff are very welcoming and friendly. Lots of travelers. Beautiful scenery and town. Some areas are bad with some heavy crime but overall felt safe around town. Ratios are sometimes 1:4-5, sometimes 6. They treat travelers like they're family.
