Pros

You work with a great team, most of the time. A combination of travelers and staff makes for a cohesive experience. The CDU is great, that is the unit I spent most of my time on.

Cons

Patients that were not appropriate for CDU were frequently on CDU, especially those that needed a higher level of care. Providers at night were lazy, often replied with "continue to monitor"
