Pros
The staff is highly experienced and detail oriented. Continual means of education and growth is found and executed with the emergency room staff. Work here for the nursing staff 100%!!!!!
Cons
Management is poor. They are manipulative and favoritism is a dominate personality within their position. Furthermore, they fail to report accurate numbers for staffing which leads to unravel and unsafe ratios. Leave management outta the equation and yes I’d recommend working here. Otherwise no.
