Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:
• Perform high quality MRI, CT, and X-Ray/fluoroscopic exams and procedures for all patient populations 
• Work independently with limited to no supervision while maintaining high attention to detail 
• Operate in NICU, CCU, and ED as requested by medical staff 
• Assist medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as needed 
• Complete documentation in designated areas for proper interpretation and reporting 
• Participate in implementation and monitoring of hospital quality indicators 
• Support and train peers as needed 
• Required to work beyond standard 40-hour workweek including weekends and after-hours shifts 
• On-call work may be required 
• Must be graduate of CAHEA accredited Radiology program or equivalent 
• Montana Licensure as Radiologic Technologist required 
• ARRT advanced certification in both CT and MRI required 
• American Heart Association BLS certification required 
• Minimum 2 years previous radiology experience required 
• Minimum 2 years previous CT and/or MRI experience required 
• Must live at least 90 miles away from facility 
• Facility reserves right to cancel 3 shifts per 13-week contract due to low census 
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly and continuous fine-finger movements 
• Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, and infectious diseases

<h2>Job Description</h2>
 American Traveler is seeking a Multi-Modality Radiology Technologist with active ARRT certification in CT, MRI, and Radiography and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
 
 <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
 <ul><li>Work setting includes providing MRI, CT, and X-Ray imaging across all patient populations including NICU, CCU, and ED</li><li>Required to operate independently and perform procedures for diagnostic and treatment purposes</li><li>Day shift schedule with a 6 days on, 8 days off rotation</li><li>Position may include on-call hours to meet patient or organizational needs</li><li>Physical demands include repeated lifting (up to 50 pounds), standing, walking, and other movements required in a clinical setting</li><li>Exposure to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, and potentially infectious diseases occurs regularly</li><li>Primary responsibility is to produce high quality MRI, CT, and X-ray exams for interpretation by a licensed practitioner</li><li>Supports peers through training and collaboration</li><li>Performs documentation, exam distribution, billing, and archival duties</li><li>Supports medical staff in various departments as needed</li><li>Expected to participate in quality improvement initiatives per hospital standards</li><li>Must be able to maintain professional demeanor and strong communication in a busy hospital environment</li><li>Regular and sustained attendance is required, and flexibility with shifts and overtime may be necessary</li></ul>
 
 <h2>Requirements</h2>
 <ul><li>Graduate of an accredited Radiology program (CAHEA or equivalent) with documented competencies in Radiology, CT, and MRI</li><li>Active Montana Radiologic Technologist license required if applicable</li><li>ARRT certification in CT, MRI, and Radiologic Technology required</li><li>Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association</li><li>Minimum of 2 years radiology experience and at least 2 years experience in CT and/or MRI</li><li>Must live at least 90 miles from the facility to be considered</li></ul>
