      <p>American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology night shift position with a TN or compact license and a 100-mile minimum residence requirement.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work on the Medical Surgical Oncology unit in a hospital setting</li><li>Night shifts (3x12 hours), 18:30 - 07:00</li><li>Every other weekend required</li><li>No on-call requirement</li><li>Travelers may float to other units when needed</li><li>Travelers do not administer chemotherapy</li><li>General orientation begins on Sundays, starting with online CBLs</li><li>Participate in supporting and educating nursing students while providing clinical care</li><li>16 hours of nonbillable orientation required</li><li>Hospital may cancel one shift biweekly without penalty due to census changes</li><li>Team members are expected to be flexible with additional shifts as needed</li></ul>
