<h3>Assignment Overview</h3><ul><li>Shift: Nights, 3x12hrs</li><li>Hours: 36 hrs/wk</li><li>Start Date: Aug 2, 2026</li><li>Length: 13 weeks</li><li>Openings: 1</li></ul><h3>Description</h3><p>American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position requiring at least 1 year of ICU experience, with night shifts and a 100-mile radius requirement.</p><h3>Details</h3><ul><li>ICU setting within an acute care hospital environment</li><li>Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:30–07:00)</li><li>36 hours per week work commitment</li><li>4 weekend shifts required per schedule period</li><li>No on-call responsibilities</li><li>Floating to PCU and possible Med/Surg as needed</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active TN or Compact RN license required at time of consideration</li><li>Current AHA certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)</li><li>Minimum 1 year of ICU experience required</li><li>Two supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>First-time travelers are welcome to apply</li><li>Candidates must reside at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted</li><li>General orientation begins on Sundays with online computer-based learning (CBLs)</li><li>Travel RNs are expected to actively support nursing student clinical education alongside their regular patient care responsibilities</li></ul>
