Very rarely floated during shift. I think I was only floated 1 time midshift.  Still has a small town hospital feel. I think of this place as my second home.  I have made several friends and I hope to come back here again in the future.

Great group of nurses. I had a valuable experience here. Management needs to work on teamwork/interaction between all staff levels. Also the cleanliness of the unit could improve. Watch for outdates.  Overall I had a great experience and meet some wonderful people.
