No differential as a traveler. Contracts have gone down drastically. They aren’t competitive at all with regular staff pay, so there is major resentment from day 1; once staff knows you are a traveler. Stressful environment, not enough staff, call outs every week, no accountability, no communication or consideration. Quite a few pharmacists make the shifts even more stressful because they do not support main tech and/or help answer phones or process med requests. Management is nice. There is no structure & rarely any huddles.
Lots of opportunities for OT though.
