I did an 8 week stint here and it was not bad at all. 4-5 patients a night per nurse. Always have aides. Great environment to work in. I found the staff extremely helpful to travelers and I never felt like an outsider.

Staff to patient ratio is unsafe.  1:11 at times.  Very high acuity, new nurses.  Management uses travelers as charge nurses and to orient graduate nurses.  The floor is actually a PCU not a regular Med/Surg floor.  Hospital continues to fill beds beyond licensed capacity.
