Overall, the staff are helpful. Most people  work as a team. However, some RN's treat the techs as animals and can be very racist. Poor management. They try to overwork the travelers with unfair scheduling and sometimes unfair patient to staff ratios, which is very unsafe.

 Qualifications/Skills:
- Required Certifications: BLS &amp; ACLS State Licensure Requirements: VA or Compact license - Minimum years experience: 2+ years of ICU experience, EPIC charting

 • Previous acute care experience is strongly preferred.
 • Ability to project a professional image.
 • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
 • Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
 • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
 • Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
