Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg ObservationThis position is eligible for a relocation bonus if current residency is outside of the designated distance to facility. The most common diagnoses are new diagnosis DM, chest pain, R/O stroke, abdominal pain, GI bleed, detox, suicide ideation, and altered mental status. Expectations We’re Looking For: 1 year of inpatient nursing experience preferred. At least 6 months required experience to come in outside of the New Grad residency program. Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
