Pros
Smaller hospital off the beaten path, so not spending as much time dealing with drugs or homeless.
Cons
Not a lot of resources as far as specialties, so often spend time boarding higher level patients waiting to be transferred. Staff can make or break you. Many are traveler friendly, but a few are not and seem to be in management’s back pocket and will work to have your contract canceled.
