Pros

Traveler friendly- management in ICU/ PCU is amazing! 100% recommend those two units !! Staff is really helpful. Great teamwork The director let me pick the days I wanted to work- based off needs. Travelers don’t get floated first, they are in the rotation.

Cons

Meditech- but honestly, have a good mindset and you can do it, it’s truly not that bad.
