I had positive experiences at every Dignity facility worked. Staff Nurses are helpful and fun to work with. Managers were available and supportive. MDs are responsive and truly care about patients. I know some locations are not great (heard from other travelers), but I loved my assignments in Sacramento CA, Folsom CA, Carmichael CA, Woodland CA, Redwood City CA, Long Beach CA, and Las Vegas NV.

This is the second contract that I've been on which required me to do all of their nursing module training. When I started the module system that use was down. It was down for 10 days and therefore, I was unable to complete my models during orientation. If you been a travel nurse for a while, you know that your assignments are  normally heavy on the unit.  And because of this, I was unable to work on my modules during my work day. I asked the manager what I should do. He said, to come in on my time off. Clock in and clock out and make sure to complete them; which I did. And then they canceled my extension because I was late with completing my modules.  Other than that, it's a wonderful place to work. Everyone is nice everyone is welcoming are really had a great time here!

They definitely work the travelers harder than regular staff, but overall it was a good place to work. Not a lot of call and easy to get your time off.
