<h3>Assignment Overview</h3><ul><li>Shift: Days, 3x12hrs</li><li>Hours: 36 hrs/wk</li><li>Start Date: Jun 8, 2026</li><li>Length: 13 weeks</li><li>Openings: 2</li></ul><h3>Description</h3><p>American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Level IV/Surgical NICU position requiring PALS certification and prior surgical NICU experience.</p><h3>Details</h3><ul><li>13-week contract in a hospital NICU setting</li><li>Level IV/Surgical NICU unit</li><li>Patient population includes complex neonatal diagnoses such as CDH, MAS, NEC, TEF/EA, abdominal wall defects, BPD, pulmonary hypertension, and pre/peri/post-operative cases</li><li>Day shift, 12-hour shifts</li><li>Schedule includes Fridays, Saturdays, and one variable weekday shift per week</li><li>No on-call requirements</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Active RN license (GA or Compact) required</li><li>Current PALS certification required</li><li>NRP certification preferred</li><li>Prior Level IV and/or surgical NICU experience required</li><li>Date of birth required for consideration</li><li>Two professional references preferred for consideration</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><ul><li>This is a nicotine-free facility — nicotine testing is required alongside the standard drug screen with no exceptions</li><li>Flu vaccine is mandatory with no religious or medical exemptions accepted</li><li>Care responsibilities include pre, peri, and post-operative neonatal patients with complex surgical and medical conditions</li></ul>
