Good hospital, but we have 6pts daily plus all the admits and discharges so I can  can 10-12  medsurg  pts a day. Lots of times no respiratory therapy is there, so we have to do it, we have to draw labs many times too and do tech and house keeping some days too all for the pay of a measly $29hr for a staff nurse with 3 years experience. Meanwhile the pay local contract over 50hr for the same job....

Liek everywhere else just need staff and better pay to stay
