Pros
Loved everything about it. There's a nice half of the hospital and there's an old, bad half. Cannot dictate which half you work in. It depends day-to-day. Entire hospital is oncology including ER. New hospital, new equipment and they use Epic.
Cons
They do not block schedule. Even if it's written in your contract, you're gonna have issues weekly. Also, staff in "bad" side are not very friendly.
