Constant 6 patient ratio on the medsurg floor, they do hall patients, and constantly hound you about discharging patients. It is 1000% cost over care! So many time they attempted to just rush my patients out the door when they were not IMO a safe discharge. 

Their communication system sucks completely and is useless because you can almost never get ahold of the attending or half the physicians on case, they still that horrible ancient Meditech charting system and they pay is abysmal. 

They didn’t give me my extension bonus nor my completion bonus, and offered to still extend my contract, but said that the rates had been lowered (300usd less a week) yeah thats a hard no.

Only saving grace was the teamwork and helpfulness of the poor souls that are staffed there. I wish then all a better company to work for in their future endeavors.
