Zero nursing skills needed for this facility, everyone has their cliques of related. 8hr shifts because 1 nurse doesn’t want to work 12’s. 75% local travelers but the staff hates travelers. They will flat out tell you and anyone else who will listen. I hated every hour I worked there. Housing is also terrible.
