Pros
Continuum Hospice and Palliative Care was the best organization I have ever worked for. I specifically worked in Capitola, CA and the team there is the most caring, supportive and effective team I’ve ever worked with. I hated to leave and would work for them again anytime.
Cons
Cost of living is challenging but it’s very beautiful!
