Chatty nurses. You’ve got your places that all have these types of nurses but as long as you just do your job & go home it’s really worth it no drama! Just a lot of “in your business”!

Some very good people on staff here but the COO and DON are a joke.

Paper charting, they don’t always pay attention to patient acuity when grouping patients together for assignments.
