Pros
Hospital ratios, work environment, staff, management, are always available for when you need help or there is a code. Must I say the management takes the time to listen and understand what you are saying.
Cons
Nothing I can think of. I had to leave due to a Car Accident on my way home during pandemic but is an amazing place.
