I had positive experiences at every Dignity facility worked. Staff Nurses are helpful and fun to work with. Managers were available and supportive. MDs are responsive and truly care about patients. I know some locations are not great (heard from other travelers), but I loved my assignments in Sacramento CA, Folsom CA, Carmichael CA, Woodland CA, Redwood City CA, Long Beach CA, and Las Vegas NV.

The staff here are so kind, welcoming, and work as a team well in the women and childrens department. The equipment is outdated, but they are working on improvements. Because of the coworkers and work environment, I extended here as long as I could. Santa Cruz is a great place to stay!
