Pros
Duke provides the best Evidence Based Medicine training for nurses and allied healthcare professionals. Also, the culture is team work focused and very supportive of nurses with disabilities. Duke Health folks are the salt of the earth.
Cons
Durham became too expensive for me to live in and raise my children there.
