Pros
Unit is traveler friendly, director is very responsive. Schedules are flexible and requests are honored.
Cons
Frequent hospital lockdowns due to community violence and/or gunfire. On occasion you get floated to resource in the E.R. or ICU.

Staff Nurses Are Awesome
I worked here for 5 months and the staff nurses are phenomenal! They are team players and go above and beyond for their patients. It is a rural hospital that does a lot for the community of Roswell.
