Having worked for Bakersfield Post Acute for over a year I can say orientation training is better than it used to be. But, as is typical with SNF/Long Term/Post Acute understaffing is common, even persistent. But the nurses are friendly and supervisors very helpful. Be prepared to work very hard and fast during your eight hours.
