 American Traveler is hiring an experienced L&amp;D RN with Massachusetts license, recent L&amp;D and postpartum experience, and required certifications for night shifts.
 
 <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
 <ul><li>Work in a hospital Labor &amp; Delivery unit with specialized operating rooms for Cesarean births</li><li>Patient population includes laboring, postpartum, and newborn patients</li><li>Night shift position, 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM</li><li>Every other weekend required and holiday coverage if needed</li><li>On-call requirements may apply</li><li>Requires collaboration with obstetricians, midwives, and lactation consultants</li><li>Provide patient-focused care during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods</li><li>Support individualized birthing plans and provide guidance to mothers and families</li><li>Orientation is 8 hours and non-billable</li><li>Maximum of 3 days requested time off (RTO) allowed and must be submitted at application</li><li>Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility will not be considered</li><li>Scrubs or dress code details not specified</li><li>First-time travelers considered if all qualifications met</li></ul>

 <ul><li>Active MA RN license required</li><li>Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required</li><li>Minimum 2 years of current Labor &amp; Delivery experience required</li><li>Postpartum and Mother/Baby experience required</li><li>Valid American Heart Association BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required</li><li>Current skills checklists for L&amp;D, Post Partum, and Mother Baby (within the past year)</li><li>One supervisory signed reference from within the past two years required</li><li>Permanent address required for consideration</li><li>Must have own vehicle for assignment</li></ul>
