Not a bad place to work as long as your management is good. Unfortunately management is rarely good and they dont care to replace those who are incompetent.

Flagstaff medical center can’t keep any full time employees, because their management, (especially the fairly new CT lead), doesn’t know how to treat people, or pay people. They’re willing to pay travelers an endless amount of $, but can’t pay full time employees enough to keep them, nor treat them better. The CT lead Jessica shows favoritism to the techs she likes most, and stabs everyone else in the back! Travelers included!

Horrible management

Micromanaging and constantly changing locations of supplies in the OR. Surgeons are great. Management sucks.

High turn around

Area is cool, staff is okay, hospital culture is terrible. Constant floating

Facility is older and processes seem to be, too. Core staff very frustrated with continuous turnovers of management and travelers. Not too bad if you can deal with it
