Pros
Incredibly friendly and nice staff, decent cafeteria if you don’t want to bring lunch. Housing to find in this area was tough. OR atmosphere is fun, and Chicago and Milwaukee are not too far away for weekend trips!
Cons
The call hour requirements are crazy. One time i got called in 4 different times in the same night/day. They don’t staff on weekends so you’ll be working 12-16 hours each Saturday or Sunday. Or both. Also a nasty surgeon there that has been there 30 years. Behaves like a child and always gets what he wants. Stay out of his way, saw him cause 5 different travelers to get fired.
