The good: Staff is amazing. Doctors are the best. There is teamwork and generally staff helps each other out. Scheduling is pretty easy, you are scheduled what you request. Travelers are welcomed. Always overtime offered.            THE BAD: no supplies. No functioning equipment. U safe staffing ratios. Zero communication from charge RN to staff. Will overload your zones with no resources. Day time charge RNs will offload many EMS patients to your zone at same time, with no regard to acuity. patients often left in the middle of the night when RN shift over because there is no relief.
