The OR is pretty nice. Very spacious rooms. Lots of staff to help. The coordinators are always present and helpful. The OR itself has a very nice view of the Rocky Mountains. There are a few drawbacks but nothing that would stop me from going back. Call wasn’t too bad at all! They have their system down pat for staffing. Nice hospital. Plenty of employee parking as well.

Not only is the culture toxic, but management constantly puts patients lives at risk with poor staffing ratios. The pay is mediocre at best and the new company that took over is greedy. The culture breeds negativity and management ignores bullying between staff. Floor staff are constantly put in unsafe situations with patients who are deemed a threat. There is little support or follow up regarding grievances and any concerns brought up to management are later retaliated against. Patient care is lacking because the staff are spread thin. I would never work for this hospital or company again.
