Good management but below industry standard pay

They pay $8-12 an hour less than Doylestown and other local hospitals. I will say they have a great work culture compared to other organizations. They have IV team, phlebotomists, CNAs and the management on tele is great. Would be a great place to travel! (I was staff so I can’t take contracts there) tele usually is 1:4 ratio very seldom did I have 5 or more patients. Loved working there just wish they paid better. They also cut a lot of the bonuses.
