      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor &amp; Delivery position with 2 years of recent L&amp;D experience and multiple required certifications.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Position is in a Labor &amp; Delivery unit within a hospital setting</li><li>Day shift schedule with 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM</li><li>Weekend and on-call schedules will be determined by the facility</li><li>13-week contract assignment</li><li>Responsible for comprehensive assessment, care planning, and education for Labor &amp; Delivery patients and families</li><li>Must coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and manage patient care issues as they arise</li><li>Required to provide two supervisory references from within the last 12 months</li><li>Up to 5 days of requested time off (RTO) permitted for this assignment</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active RN license in Maryland or compact state, valid at time of consideration</li><li>Minimum of 24 months recent Labor &amp; Delivery nursing experience required</li><li>Certifications required: AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA NRP, NIHSS, EFM, and AWHONN</li><li>COVID vaccination required; declinations not accepted</li><li>Skills checklist specific to Labor &amp; Delivery must be provided</li></ul>
