The unit I had the chance to work on was on the PCU. I’ve had to say the unit director on that unit created such a wonderful work culture the moment you get integrated on the team. I enjoyed working with all the staff members there. The ratio could get rough when we were short staffed, but it was not common to have high ratios. There will be rare occasions that you will get 5 patients for pcu. It’s mainly 1:4. Would recommend for a hospital to work at in Fort Myers.

Contract signed for one facility on a specific unit and changed both with a two days notice. Then the unit changed two more times. The first two units were not traveler friendly. ￼ Management, and ratios for not great.￼
Once it settled on the trauma, unit the coworkers and Management, we’re good. The doctors not great at all!
