Pros

Thorough service, helpful staff that are easy to get along with. Love the IV supplies and have great trauma bays.

Cons

A lot of care happens in the waiting room for the low acuity patients and they often get irritated. Sometimes don’t have enough supplies on weekends due to nobody to restock.

Pros

Staff in the ER is super friendly and treats travelers like one of their own. They're traveler friendly and do a great job making people feel like they belong. Ratios are kept at 4:1. Providers don't delay care and nurses are trusted to act autonomously within their licensure. Communication is great and this is a place you'll want to return to.

Cons

Cost of living is expensive because it's California, but less than major cities or beach towns.
