The lack of professionalism at this facility is the worst i’ve ever experienced in my career. None of the leadership team communicate with one another in regard to changes being made, people lack the ability for interpersonal resolution when it comes to having issues or miscommunication/understanding with one another. Employees don’t like leadership. Multiple negative conversations had about one another and smile in one another face.
