Don’t do it!

The manager is the worst micro-manager! Plus I’m fairly sure she’s bi-polar!! You never know which person you will get! Dayshift supervisor is awful-they do have a new nightshift supv that seems great(limited time working with her… she will probably get run off though!!) but otherwise the entire management needs to go…director has an office in the department worked there almost 2years only saw him ONCE! They nit pick you and they literally try to find ways to write you up. The work loads are VERY heavy VERY unsafe with VERY high acuity. There is NEVER any staff -especially on nights! No aerogen cords no heater wires(and get written up for not having them!) no test tubes for vent pre use! Its ridiculous. Only good thing about the place is that you intubate and have fulll vent and bipap management and treatment protocol (on the floors).
