Scheduling is a nightmare, staff are bully’s, computer system is ancient and they do a hybrid with paper charting that doesn’t make sense. To do one admission it takes close to 2 hours. No security on the premises. No upper management currently so no HR, they have an interim CNO, and are training some new managers. Managers will not work the floor when staffing sucks! Ratios are unsafe! Anything else you need to know??? DONT GO THERE!!!!
