The hospital itself is small. I found it crazy for them to change their step down unit and make it a med surg/tele unit when you have a total of six patients and you have some patients on cardiac drips!! That’s insane!! It’s like an accident waiting to happen. If you’re caught up in another room with a patient you can’t monitor that patient well, and it puts the patient and your license at risk. Other wise, I liked the people I worked with.
