Good hospital, a bit disorganized but as long as you get the job done as a nurse they are not very picky about little things

Poorly supported nursing staff. Was left on the ICU as the sole nurse watching over more than four patients. No managerial staff came to assist. There is no ancillary staff. Supplies were extremely short as well, making it difficult to complete patient care effectively.
Met some nice people, but I was terrified of losing my license half the time.

Your fellow nurses are great. The leadership is lacking. They have an unsafe environment, and their goal is to fill beds. They do not take into accountability the patient acuity. They have frequent readmission because they do not properly assess and medicate the patients.
