      <h2>Job Description</h2>
      <p>American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Radiology Technologist (Angiographer) with ARRT, BLS, and at least 1 year vascular or interventional experience for a high-acuity angiography lab assignment.</p>
      
            <h2>Responsibilities</h2>
            <ul><li>Work in an angiography department specializing in vascular and interventional procedures</li><li>Patient population focuses on invasive, diagnostic, and interventional imaging cases</li><li>Ten-hour day shifts, four days per week with on-call responsibilities</li><li>Use of advanced imaging and angiography equipment is required</li><li>Epic EMR charting system is utilized and experience is expected</li><li>Duties include proper patient identification, order verification, and patient preparation for exams</li><li>Produce quality images using correct exam techniques and operation of imaging equipment</li><li>Responsible for accurate completion of required documentation including image storage</li><li>Assist as circulating tech, scrub tech, or monitoring tech per department protocols</li><li>Apply closure devices, suture or remove sheaths, and provide hemostasis as needed</li><li>Role involves frequent communication with care providers, patients, and visitors, especially during emergencies</li><li>Must be able to navigate crowded and equipment-dense environments</li><li>Radiation safety principles must be consistently followed</li><li>Epic charting experience is required</li></ul>
          
      <h2>Requirements</h2>
      <ul><li>Active ARRT certification and Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA required</li><li>State of Utah Radiologic Technologist License required if applicable</li><li>Minimum of one year experience in vascular or interventional radiology</li><li>High school diploma or GED required</li><li>Vascular/Interventional radiography certification or at least one year of angiography/interventional experience required</li><li>Manual dexterity to handle complex equipment, ability to lift and transfer patients, and physical ability to stand for extended periods</li><li>Personal radiation monitoring badge (dosimeter) is required for this assignment</li></ul>
