Pros
Unit offers opportunity for learning. Very interested cases. I worked the stroke and was very impressed with the results of the cases with fast turnover and successful outcomes. Unit very busy I was never bored and the shift finished fast.
Cons
Self schedule made it easy and accommodating. Staff willing to assist and the nurse manager loves to teach.
