Open welcome hospitality. They are appreciative of all staff. They're recruiting hard to keep staff, even agency.

I like floating to different departments so working una variety of settings was a big plus

The parking, I feel they should provide an ability for travelers to pay for parking per month even if at a slightly higher cost compared to staff
