Pros
Great team work and friendly job environment, if we are short staffed, the Nursing Supervisor will take pts. If you need time off after you start your assignment, other nurses are willing to trade days. Overall, it is a great place to work.
Cons
trouble with internet at times and loosing your charting due to Cerna logging you out of their system without you knowing it.
