Kindred Hospital North Florida and Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU) is a 94-bed hospital offering the same in-depth care you would receive in a traditional hospital, but for an extended recovery period. With 80 long-term acute care beds, we partner with your physician and offer 24-hour clinical care seven days a week so you can start your journey to wellness. Comparably, our 14-bed ARU is designed for people who have experienced the debilitating effects of an acute injury, impairment or illness. We are located on the south side of Green Cove Springs, just off Highway 17 and less than 1 mile inland off St. Johns River; conveniently surrounded by shops and restaurants within a short drive.

VIBRA TRAVELS is looking for a CORPORATE TRAVEL PHYSICAL THERAPIST to join our team. We look for therapists with experience in acute care and rehab hospitals.

 Position Summary
 
 Responsible for providing and directing Physical Therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication in assigned locations. Functions under a physicians order. 
 
 Position Supervisory Responsibilities 
 
 Supervises the following positions: Physical Therapy Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides/Therapy Techs 
 
 Position Qualifications 
 
 Minimum Qualifications:
 - Required Certifications: BLS
 - State Licensure Requirements: Florida license
 - Minimum year’s experience: 1 year
 - Required experience: LTACH experience 
 
 Ability to project a professional image.
 
 Previous Hospital experience preferred
 
 Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
 
 Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
 
 Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant. 
 
 Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
 
 Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.
 
 
 
 Certificates, Licensures, Registrations 
 
 Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of employment.
