Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN)

<h2>Job Summary</h2>
We are seeking a dedicated Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position offers a unique 7 on, 7 off night shift schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life arrangement while providing exceptional care to our patients.

<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Provide high-quality care to expectant mothers during labor and delivery.</li>
 <li>Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout the delivery process.</li>
 <li>Assist in 5-12 deliveries per month.</li>
 <li>Utilize the CPSI/Thrive charting system for documentation and patient records.</li>
 <li>Float to Med Surg as needed to support overall patient care.</li>
</ul>

<h2>Qualifications</h2>
<ul>
 <li>Valid nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN).</li>
 <li>Experience in Labor and Delivery preferred.</li>
 <li>Ability to float to Med Surg when required.</li>
 <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
