The manager of this facility hated that travelers were making so much money and tried to end contracts as the rates dropped. I met many good friends there but the RT manager was horrible and vindictive.

Work here if you want to lose your license. Culture is toxic, the general attitude of the permanent employees is abysmal, and a large contingency of the doctors are complete a$$holes. One even attacked a traveler. They protect their moneymakers and could care less about their rn's and ancillary staff. They are stuck 40 years in the past.
