The unit is traveler friendly, 1:1 labor, follow AWHONN guidelines for staffing, dedicated break nurse, dedicated baby nurse to do all nb cares for first 2hrs. EPIC with periwatch,

Have to float to other facilities in the corporation (6 in all). Area can be high cost of living, depending on the area you find. Can call you off 1x per their pay period.

Pros
Small, friendly, slow hospital. Worked in cath lab, staff here are lovely. There are a lot of RV parks nearby, but they stay pretty full in the summer so I had to keep calling them back to find a place.
