I worked nights. The best assignment I had, staff were helpful, the department organization was there, the providers worked extremely well with the nurses. Scheduling was flexible and OT was available which I was happy to take advantage of. Average ratio was 1:5 or 6 at most. A very positive environment.

 Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
 
 Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
 
 ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required
 
 ARRT (VI) or (CV) certification preferred
 
 Minimum of 2 years of recent Interventional Radiology experience in a hospital setting
 
 Additional Qualifications/Skills:
 Proficient in assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic IR procedures (e.g., angiograms, embolizations, stent placements)
 
 Strong understanding of radiation safety, sterile technique, and image-guided procedural protocols
 
 Ability to work collaboratively with radiologists, nurses, and other clinical staff
 
 Skilled in operating imaging equipment such as fluoroscopy, C-arms, and CT-guided systems
 
 Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
 
 Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
