Loved working here, I don’t mind doing 4x12h even if floated to an ER unit is not bad. My main floor was super helpful and the director Lorraine is the best she will literally schedule you how you want.

I loved my time at Lovelace! The OR staff is the cream of the crop! I'd have stayed longer, but the housing was stupid expensive relative to my pay. In the end, it wasn't feasible to stay.

The ICU on nights has great teamwork and helpful staff. The providers are friendly and supportive. However, the upper management/admin are very punitive and do not offer helpful solutions to problems that have arisen in my time here. They fired coworkers over whiteboards on their first offense and are quick to write people up over trivial things. Aside from that, I would recommend this facility to fellow travelers.

I had obtained and ICU contract, but they always had me in the Step - Down Unit. This is is specifically for Day Shift. The facility is fully staffed for day shift and therefore day shift travelers in the ICU are always floated to the step down unit. Otherwise, staff is kind and helpful.

I worked medical surgical unit, the unit director, Gladys, was one of the best people I have ever worked for and she is completely supportive of her employees. It was a busy unit but supportive coworkers.
